A Full House.

I love having guests here. We’re renting this big old house that was built in the 1880s, and it has all these extra rooms and enough space for lots of company. When it is just the two (three!) of us, it seems too big and kind of echo-y, so having guests fills up the house in the best way. I love making breakfast for everyone, having drinks, telling stories, and taking and sharing photos. The days prior I’m neurotic about the house not being clean enough, and I stress out and then stress Andy out to no end, but it is hopefully worth it.

Here are some of the photos made when Andy’s parents and Aunt and Uncle were up a few weeks back. I decided it was an occasion worthy of lots of instant film.

  1. Seems to have been a great weekend.
You make me want to have more family and friends come visit, and all at the same time.
