State Forest, continued

Like I said, there were a lot of great photo spots at State Forest State Park!

    wow. beautiful shots. For some reason, the sixth one is particularly striking. something in the contrast between the sky and trees.

    But… moose in colorado??

    • yep, at least three of them! why the question marks…we were actually in the moose viewing capital of colorado, they call it.
      do you see the tiny car on the left in the one 2 above the 6th shot you liked? i love the scale there. the trees were unbelievable.

        yep, the scale of everything in the west is completely different. The east is beautiful in its own right, but it is a more subtle thing. Not as grandiose as the west. it puts people in a different mindset methinks
